Structured a conceptual aftermarket support approach, developed a lifecycle business case, and supported negotiations with a cornerstone customer.
An electric aviation OEM was preparing for certification and market entry without a defined aftermarket strategy. We supported the negotiations with a major customer while in parallel creating the first conceptual approach to their aftermarket support, including a detailed lifecycle business case. This work laid the foundation for a scalable service model covering spares, repairs, and technical support, strengthening both investor confidence and customer credibility. The proactive approach also introduced a second-life battery concept, positioning the OEM for long-term aftermarket value creation.
