Designed and implemented the transition from outsourced to insourced operations, supported contract re-negotiations and ERP integration, and enabled scalable long-term growth.
A European low-cost carrier decided to bring its supply chain and material management operations back in-house after years of outsourcing. We developed a detailed transition framework, redesigned material management processes, and supported the setup of a new in-house organization tailored to low-cost operations. In parallel, we re-negotiated supply contracts and guided ERP integration. This gave the airline full control over its supply chain, structural cost savings, and scalable processes to support future growth.
