A European legacy carrier, under significant cost pressure during COVID-19, needed to improve financial resilience through smarter inventory management. Together with a software partner, we implemented a tear-down strategy for owned aircraft, deployed a data-driven optimization tool, and introduced structured decision-making frameworks. By transferring knowledge to internal teams, we enabled the airline to lower procurement costs, improve component availability, and build long-term independence in supply chain management.
